Hiring Criteria Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: - Exceptional technical and professional skills with 5-8 years of - Strong knowledge of the business continuity lifecycle, including DR - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration - Strong knowledge of current enterprise-level disaster recovery planning - Ability to understand, communicate and solve complex problems quickly - Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills - Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to set shifting - Demonstrated ability to influence individuals, lead teams, and work - Strong project management skills (PMP certification or 5-7 years of work - Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Master Business - Ability to train recovery teams and prepare others to fulfill their roles - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is - Prior experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
